Get inspired for Pancake Day with Barebells!
Pancake day is just around the corner (1st March) so we thought we’d share some recipe ideas (on the healthier side) which of course, include delicious Barebells in some form. These pancakes are the perfect fluffy texture and crave-worthy flavour. They are especially delicious topped with Barebells bars and fresh fruit.

Barebells Pancake Recipe – VICKY
- 40g oats blended
- 30g buckwheat flour (sub with flour of your choice)
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 75ml Vanilla Milkshake or Chocolate Milkshake
- Tbsp protein powder- I used vanilla flavour
- 1/4 chopped Barebells Caramel Cashew bar
- Berries and syrup
Blend the pancake ingredients together then fry and top with your favourites! The recipe for the below pic is all for the same except choc shake instead of vanilla!
