Purchase Information

When will I receive my order?

Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm from Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
You will be sent tracking information in a separate email once your parcel is shipped.

How can I change my address after my order has been placed?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after is has been received. Once DPD sends you the tracking details for your order, you will be able to change your delivery address with them.

How can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Once DPD sends you the tracking details for your order, you will be able to select ‘Return to sender’. This will return it back to our warehouse. Once we receive it back, we can refund you.

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to part-refund orders once they have been placed. Please use the code for your next order instead.

I am located outside of the UK, can I still buy products from this site?

Purchases made on this website can only be delivered within the United Kingdom. If you are located elsewhere and are looking to buy Barebells products, please go to our international site www.barebells.com and select your country for more information.

What payment method can I use?

Our Website accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cards will be charged when the order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@barebells.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. For more information about returns and refunds, please read our policy here.

I think I've received faulty items?

Unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described products are deemed as faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please send the following information to hello@barebells.co.uk

- Your full order number
- Product name
- Photographs that show the fault as clearly as possible, the whole product and the Barebells logo or label.

Please don't send your faulty item back to us until you have been in touch with us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 7 – 10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Can I buy Barebells clothes or other merchandise?

Unfortunately, we are not currently selling our Barebells clothes or merchandise. It is something we provide to our ambassadors, athletes and members of our team.

What is Barebells?

Barebells was launched in 2016 to brighten and shake things up in the protein category. Barebells offers a broad range of protein-enriched alternatives to snacks and desserts – that never compromise on flavour.

For whom are Barebells made?

Barebells protein bars are suitable for anyone who wants to treat themselves with something really, really, tasty.

Are Barebells products suitable as a snack?

Barebells products are perfect for any occasion when you want something tasty without added sugar. They are particularly suitable in connection to training as Barebells is an excellent source of protein. See each product’s nutrition information for sugar, calorie and saturated fat content.

Why is protein important?

Protein is an essential nutrient. During physical activity protein turnover increases in the muscles. Very hard exercise also leads to an increase in the breakdown of muscles, and because of this the muscles need to be "repaired". Protein contributes to both the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. That's why it's important to get protein, especially when you exercise.

Where are Barebells bars made?

Different products are made in different facilities. All Barebells products that are sold in the UK are made within the EU.

What kind of products are available in the Barebells range?

Barebells offers protein-enriched snacks in the following categories: Original Protein Bars, Soft Bars, Vegan Protein Bars, and Milkshakes.

For how long can Barebells products be kept?

Shelf life varies between different products. The best before date is always printed on the packaging.

Do any of Barebells bars contain added sugar?

Barebells products, including Original, Vegan/Plant-based, and Soft Bars, do not include added sugar. See each product’s nutrition information for sugar, calorie, and saturated fat content.

Which Barebells products are non-HFSS?

At the moment, Barebells Original bars Crispy Nougat, Hazelnut Nougat, Caramel Cashew and Cookies & Cream are non-HFSS compliant. All Milkshakes are non-HFSS.

Is palm oil used in Barebells bars?

No, none of Barebells’ products contain palm oil.

How much protein is it in a Barebells bar?

A serving (one bar, 55 grams) of a Barebells Soft Bar contain 16 grams of protein. The Original Bars contain 20 grams of protein per bar (55 grams) and the Vegan Bars contain 15 grams of protein per bar (55 grams).

Are the Barebells bars halal certified?

All Barebells bars are halal certified (newly launched flavours might still await confirmed certification). The Barebells Milkshakes are not halal certified.

What type of collagen is used for Barebells bars?

The collagen in Barebells original and soft bars is bovine collagen. The vegan/plant-based bars don’t contain collagen.

Are Barebells bars kosher certified?

No, Barebells protein bars are not certified kosher.

Are Barebells bars vegan?

The Barebells Original Protein Bar and Soft Bars are currently not vegan. However, we have a specific plant-based Vegan Bar range.

Are Barebells plant-based products vegan or vegetarian?

Barebells plant-based protein bars are completely vegan. We use soy, pea, and rice as protein sources. Other Barebells products are neither vegan nor vegetarian.

Are Barebells free from bioengineered ingredients?

There are no bioengineered (BE) ingredients in our Barebells bars.

Are Barebells bars keto-friendly?

We think everyone should try Barebells protein bars because they are a delicious protein alternative! Barebells has not been developed specifically as keto-friendly bars, but please see the nutrition panel on each product’s packaging to calculate net carbs.

For more information about allergens, please see the “nutritional information” below the product descriptions on the product pages on this webpage. Or see the packaging of each individual product and flavour.

Do Barebells bars contain nuts?

Some of the Barebells bar flavours contain nuts, and the others may contain traces of nuts. Please see each product's allergen label. Our general recommendation to anyone allergic would be to avoid products that contain, or may contain, ingredients related to their allergy. Barebells Milkshakes do not contain nuts.

Do Barebells bars contain lactose?

Barebells Bars contain lactose or may contain traces of lactose. Please see each product's allergen label. Barebells Milkshakes are lactose-free.

Do Barebells bars contain gluten?

The Barebells bars may contain traces of gluten – please see each product's allergen label. Barebells Milkshakes do not contain gluten.

How can the soft bars be so …soft?

The texture and consistency of Barebells Soft bars is something we are very proud of. Combined with great flavours, this has made Barebells Soft bars bestsellers in many European countries. As such, we want to keep our unique recipes to ourselves. 😉

Can pregnant or breastfeeding women consume Barebells?

The Barebells bars do not contain any ingredients that requires recommendations regarding pregnancy or breastfeeding on the packaging. However, we cannot give individual advice and always recommend consulting your midwife or doctor if you feel unsure.
