Terms and Conditions for entering the sweepstake ‘Possibility to win a travel giftcard worth £500’

This sweepstake is in no way sponsored, promoted, or administered by the participating retailers. Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform used to promote the Company’s sweepstake, does not sponsor, promote or administer the Company’s sweepstake in any way.

This sweepstake is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Travel By Inspire. The travel gift card is purchased directly by Vitamin Well Ltd and is provided as a prize for this sweepstake.

By taking part in this sweepstake all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions:

How to enter the sweepstake:

You must purchase 1 Barebells protein bar and keep proof of purchase by saving or taking a photo of your receipt;

You must scan the QR code on the in-store art-work at the relevant retailer. This will take you to a form on the Barebells website (https://barebells.co.uk/summercompetition) requesting you to provide your personal details;

You must complete and submit the form.

Terms and conditions for participation:

In order to enter the sweepstake you must be 18 years old or older and be a resident in the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. Entries that are not received, incomplete, illegible or delayed will not be accepted.

The sweepstake will open on 12:01 a.m. 1 June 2026 and close on 31 August 2026, ending at 23:59:59 GMT . The in-store promotion period for the sweepstake varies for the respective retailers:

In total, five (5) individuals will be selected as winners. There will be two (2) Gold Prize winners and three (3) Silver Prize winners selected. The ‘Gold Prize’ consists of: One £500 ‘Travel By Inspire’ Gift Card and Six cases (12 bars per case) of Barebells Protein Bars. The ‘Silver Prize’ consists of Twelve cases (12 bars per case) of Barebells Protein Bars.

The value of a ‘Gold Prize’ is approximately £644 GBP. The value of a ‘Silver Prize’ is approximately £288 GBP. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.

You may only participate once in the sweepstake. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.

The winners will be selected by way of random draw on 1 September 2026 by independent employees of the Company. Any decisions taken by the Company in connection with the sweepstake are final and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged.

The winners will be informed personally by the Company via email at the latest on 2 September 2026, through the email addresses as registered in the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed their prize as set out above before 23:59 GMT on September 6 2026, the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner, and the Company may select another winner.

The Company will deliver the prize to the winners at the Company’s cost. The prize will only be delivered to an address in the UK. The Company is not liable for any costs you may have in relation to the sweepstake. Instructions for delivery of the prize within the UK will be included in the email sent to the winner notifying each winner about the win.

The Company will deliver the prize to the winners within 7 days from when the sweepstake ended or within 7 days of receiving confirmation from the winners that they will claim their prize, whichever is later.

The prize is personal and tied to the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.

The winners are liable for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.

Employees of the Company, or any company within the Company’s company group, or retailers, or relatives to such employees, may not participate in the sweepstake.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify persons due to illegal or fraudulent behavior or if such persons act in breach of these terms and conditions.

By entering the sweepstake, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Company for the purpose of the administration of this sweepstake only, including for the purpose of contacting winning entrants. You participate in the sweepstake and you use the prize on your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety connected therewith.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you can consume the prize. Always read the label on any product you have won before using or consuming it. Please consult your doctor before using or consuming any product.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, arising out of the administration of sweepstakes, or out of the winner’s or any third parties’ enjoyment of the prizes. The Company’s liability for any other loss or damage is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components within prizes of equal or greater value.

The Company does not guarantee the quality or function of the prize (other than what follows from legal requirements and these terms and conditions).

The sweepstake or the prize may be cancelled or postponed in the event of a force majeure event. For the purposes of this section, a force majeure event means any cause beyond the control of the Company, including, but not limited to, flood, drought, storm, fire, lightning, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance or disobedience, labor dispute, shortage of labor or materials, sabotage, orders, regulations or restrictions imposed by government or authorities, and pandemic.

The laws of England and Wales applies to these terms and conditions.
