Terms & Conditions to participate in the Barebells Advent Calendar Bundle Competition

The organiser of the draw is Vitamin Well Ltd (Company No.: 10821384), at address 3rd Floor, 8 – 10 Charterhouse Buildings, London, EC1M 7AN, UK. Telephone 02038907561, hello@barebells.co.uk (the “Company”). By entering into the draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms of participation in the draw:

You must be 18 years or older and be a UK resident to participate.
You must subscribe to the Barebells newsletter to enter.
This activity is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
You do not need to buy a product or make a payment to participate in the draw.
You can apply for the draw from 07.11.2023 up to and including 12.11.2023 11:59 p.m.
Four people will be the winners of the following prize: 1 Barebells 2023 Advent Calendar, 3 boxes of 12pk Barebells bars (of their choice, subject to availability) and a Barebells branded beanie.
The winner will be drawn and contacted on 13.11.2023. When we publish the winner, the name of the winner will be shared publicly on Instagram Stories, please notify us if you object to the publication.
The winner will be randomly selected by employees of the Company.
You may only enter the draw once.
The Company will contact the winner using the email address provided with the draw entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize as set out above, the prize will be forfeited.
Decisions cannot be appealed.
The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other property. The winner is responsible for paying any tax that arises as a result of the win.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants who act fraudulently, illegally or in violation of the terms and conditions.
Employees of the Company or direct relatives of employees of the Company may not participate in the draw.

You participate in the draw and the winner accepts the prize at their own risk and the winner is responsible for its own safety.
The Company does not guarantee the quality or function of the prize (other than statutory requirements and these terms and conditions). It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that it can use the prize on the relevant date.
The draw may be cancelled or postponed by the Company if a force majeure event occur or if the Company has such a right in accordance to applicable laws. For the purposes of this section, an event of force majeure shall mean any cause beyond the control the company, including but not restricted to, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake, storm, fire, lightning, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance or disobedience, labor dispute, labor or material shortage, sabotage, acts of public enemy, explosions, orders, regulations or restrictions imposed by governmental, pandemic, military, or lawfully established civilian authorities, which, in any of the foregoing cases, by exercise of due diligence the Company could not reasonably have been expected to avoid, and which, by the exercise of due diligence, it has been unable to overcome.

The laws of England and Wales governs these terms and conditions.
